I was born and raised in Watertown South Dakota, but moved a lot throughout my childhood eventually ending up in Madison, SD. Where I finished school and came to college here at Northern.
Some of my hobbies include drawing and painting, writing, going for walks if I'm up for it, and hanging out with my children (my cats).
I'm taking photography mostly because it's required, but also because it makes me a better artist in general. Helping me overcome my single mindedness when it comes to composition and the elements and principles of photography/art. Even while still in this class I can already see the improvements in my art.
I love to draw, paint, and pretty much do and thing creative with the subject being people. I just find everyone so fascinating. The uniqueness of everyone around me is something I hope I can one day capture.
I like to think of myself as a comedian first and foremost (haha), but mostly as spontaneous (sometimes), creative, and willing to hear others out. I gotta love the people that made me to be like this today. My family and friends throughout my life are to thank.
To end off this about me, I'm quite satisfied with where I am in life even though the struggles of juggling school, life, and work, I find the peaceful moments something to look forward to. I always seek to improve in everything, even if things don't always turn out like that, but a man can dream. Anyways, this is it for a short about me.
